First I want to congratulate this great young man on a stellar high school football career! He was recently named to the 2014 American Family Insurance ALL-USA North Dakota Football Team. But before that, he played a key part on the Hazen Bison Football team and winning two back-to-back State Championships. Along the way, Seth a gathered up a whole bunch of awards, as well: All-Conference, All -Region, and All-State three years in a row as well as All-Area his junior and senior years. Equally noteworthy, Seth also won awards for carrying a 3.5 grade point average all through football season.
Natural talent, determination, a strong work ethic at practice and at school along with some serious time at the gym have paid off! After football season, Seth will move right into Basketball and track.
And to top it all off, Seth is just a really great guy – smart, quiet, and probably a little embarrassed that I have written all this (humble). I have grabbed him from his workouts in the gym several time to come help me change light bulbs or move heavy stuff. I’m going to miss him next year after he is off at college. Speaking of college, I don’t think he has chosen yet where he will be attending and is still going on a few visits while he narrows down his choices. Well, wherever he decides to go, I’m sure success will follow!
One of the great parts of my job, is that I get to spend a little time with some pretty remarkable young people!
