Abigail made the short little jump from Beulah over to Hazen for her senior pictures. With her long hair and fresh face, she was a cutie to photograph. As usual on a summer senior session, we started out indoors and did some more formal photos as well as a few little cute ones, before heading out to our locations. When Abigail showed me her iPad, I knew I had the perfect background for this idea. Up went the text backdrop and we added in her cell phone and iPod for the perfect teenager/tech picture. And, I love that she brought along a hat! Not too many girls bring in hats, and I think it really adds a special little flare to the photos. Super cute idea, Abi! She also wanted a few with her jeep and little dog. Again, really cute idea of using the rugged jeep mixed with the girly high heels! Love that, too!
2014 Seniors – over pack for your senior pictures session! We might not use it all, but you will have choices and we can decide together what will look great.
A couple shots in the sunflower field that I fell in love with and then I happened to turn around and see a a little patch of tall green grass (and weeds). Usually the grass has gone really golden by this time, so this green area really caught my eye. Abigail did a quick change in the car while I pulled out a picnic basket I keep in the car and we created another cute set of senior pictures for her to choose from. I haven’t used that spot since so her pictures there are totally unique.
We finished up down by the water and Abi had no problem going right in and having a little fun. And that’s the way I like senior photos sessions to be…fun, spontaneous, about the senior and her style. A day to remember!
