Elegant Bismarck Wedding. Charlotte and Dustin’s wedding at the North Dakota Heritage Center is truly one of the most elegant and beautiful I have been a part of! They rented the entire museum for the evening but kept the event very intimate and personal. With 20 guests in attendance, everybody person was a person of importance!
Everything took place in the atrium – the ceremony as well as the dinner celebration. A delicious dinner was catered by (Kobes). The decor by The Bridal Butler was utter perfection! The vivid blues and yellows were gorgeous, made such a statement and filled the atrium with joyful color!
A new wedding tradition I learned from Charlotte’s English family is that of the six-pence. The father of the bride places a sixpence (penny) in her shoe, wishing good fortune for the bride and groom. Be sure to scroll down and see her shoes – and her amazing brother who helped buckle them up!
After the sun dipped down, Charlotte, Dustin and I got to spend a little time exploring the empty museum and captured a few truly unique photos! Seriously, who has a real T-Rex and mammoth in their wedding photos!? We even managed to light them to coordinate with their wedding colors!
